People + Practice are the best of the Best!  Leon Klempner has assembled a world class team with cutting-edge knowledge of how to run a successful orthodontic practice.  He has 'walked the walk' and he really gets it.  His daughter Amy Epstein, and Jessie Pressman have been simply phenomenal!  Amy is a communications dynamo who created marketing materials that complete reflect our personality and very low pressure approach.  Jessie is a tech wizard and she has patiently pulled together and revamped my social media presence, happily overcoming a number of obstacles with humor and grace. My son Michael has joined me recently in practice and they have helped us to navigate many issues and they are pointing us in a positive trajectory of growth and joy. People + Practice has created Star Orthodontics a new website that is patient friendly and allows new patients to contact me all hours of the day or night.  P+P also has developed a social media marketing plan and increased the office presence on social media. Lacie has done an amazing job and meets with my team every month reviewing the numbers and monthly marketing plan. Their approach to marketing has been the direct result of a huge increase in New Patient exams and starts at my office.
